Due to the nature of food and health products, any product that has been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged, in order to protect customer health and safety. A product may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the item, and it will be replaced at no additional cost. Returns do not include the original shipping cost, except when the error is on the store's part.
